Truly cannot wait to see more of Armand’s past, especially the time when he was still human. We've barely scratched the surface of who Armand is in the show and I just know Assad has the range to portrait Armand’s intricate psyche in a beautiful, honest, and exquisite way.

I feel like I’m going to hold onto a lot of the ideas mentioned in this interview while I watch the season (and bracing for dear life before ep 5 I think?!?!?). Hearing Assad speak so thoughtfully about Armand - my favorite character! - really means so much. I couldn’t be happier with this casting. And what a sweetie!!
